We have given evidence in Court for both the Prosecution and Defence in Criminal trials and have put cases forward for employers in Employment Tribunals.
We have assisted clients obtain significant recoveries through the use of Search and Seizure Orders and Freezing Orders.We have extensive experience in the investigation of Charity frauds and have acted on behalf of Trustees in both civil and criminal proceedings.
